Membership is due in January of each year as the subscription runs for a calendar year

Ordinary – P120
Corporate - P2000
Professional - Rangers, Guides and Site Support Groups – P60
Life - P2000
Students studying in Botswana - P15
Schools/Clubs - P50 plus P5 per club member with a minimum of 10 members per club
SADC Region - P200
Overseas (and outside SADC) - P300
